Hole in the wall and and dirty little breakfast diner. Cozy is the perfect description. Limited seating and parking. But the expansive menu and flavor standout in a big way. Well priced. Your coffee mug never goes empty. Full of regulars. Perfect alternative when you want something similar to Joe's but you don't want to deal with the crowds, or you want to change it up.

This is my first time at Cozy Cafe. Love the ambience. Whole in the wall but clean and definitely cozy, the service is excellent they make you feel at home. I can't wait to bring my husband and daughter back here and anyone who comes out to visit. Looking forward to trying something from the griddle next time. This time I ordered the huevos rancheros. It was excellent I love the sauce they use and the salsa they bring to the table is spicy and to my liking. You won't regret coming to support this small business! I didn't get a pic before I devoured my plate lol.

Cozy Cafe is a very casual spot that's been a Redondo Beach institution since 1980, featuring very tasty, freshly-made breakfast and lunch options served by friendly staff in a traditional 'lunch counter' ambiance. Inspired by the positive Yelp reviews, my dining companion and I stopped in for an early Sunday morning breakfast while staying at a hotel nearby. We were not entirely sure what to expect, but the manager and his family warmly welcomed us into the restaurant and made us feel at home. We opted to sit outside at one of the three tables outside under a pop-up canopy on the small patio, but there's also counter seating indoors. The menu includes the key staples you'd expect - eggs with bacon, toast, and home fries, pancakes, french toast, and cooked to order omelettes - as well as Spanish/TexMex inspired dishes like Huevos Rancheros and others. The menu also offers plenty of lunch options like burgers, sandwiches, and salads which are available all day for those heathens who don't crave breakfast foods at every opportunity. I opted for the Gaucho ($15), comprised of a freshly-grilled Polish sausage and two eggs served over home fries and a tortilla, topped with mildly-spicy Spanish sauce. YUM! My dining companion opted for the breakfast burrito ($14) with home fries and was really happy as well. The very friendly but not overbearing waitstaff kept our coffee cups topped off and made sure we didn't need anything throughout our meal. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area! PRO TIP: Cozy Cafe doesn't have a private, off-street parking lot, but there is plenty of on-street parking on PCH.

It's a great Mon and Pop Cafe with excellent service. I love this little place. It's a beach Cafe no frills just good food and excellent service

My second time back as promised! Did not disappoint at all! The same great personable customer service and DELICIOUS food! Thank you Carlos and family. See you next year!

Great food, walking distance from motel. Near beach. Highly rec the Greek scramble. $45 fed 3.

Found this place based on yelp reviews and they were not lying! Best breakfast place we've had in the South Bay. My wife said " the Greek scramble was soooo delicious!! " I am not a breakfast person at all & the Gaucho was really good, the sausage was very good. Plenty of food & a great price! Very friendly & attentive service. The owner came out & greeted us & made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

We rarely go anywhere else. Cozy is in the name and it really is cozy. Inside seating is around an old school counter where local regulars and first time tourists chat over breakfast. Like family and friends without the drama. Prefer a little more distance? Eat in the covered patio at large tables. The menu is varied with special omelettes like the Greek Deluxe, Huevos Rancheros, and the Wipeout. Plus your traditional breakfast options of pancakes and French toast with or without bacon sausage and eggs. Lunch options with sandwiches, burgers, and Gyros. Carlos and his family will welcome you and are very accommodating.

A HIDDEN GEM!! This breakfast spot indeed lives up to its name and felt cozy, but in the best way possible. Felt so friendly and homey with all the comfort foods for an early morning. There are 3 areas you can sit-the counter, a separate indoor seating area, and outdoors. The service was so attentive. Our waiter and waitress checked in on us multiple times even though we were seated outside. It was our first time here and we tried the Greek deluxe and gaucho. Both had different flavor profiles but were soooo good. Honestly for great portions of yummy food at a reasonable price, we will most definitely be returning.
